I meant to post yesterday bit spent most of morning and afternoon and even the evening (after work) working on biscotti. I used to have a tried and true recipe. One that I’d tweaked perfected. I now believe it is packed away in my sister-in-laws closet in Sicily. So, I had been hunting and found a couple of recipes that I tweaked (perhaps too hastily) and man, BUST.
This morning, I believe I found the recipe and have tweaked it slowly. I made two different batches and both are pretty tasty!
I guess you can say that sometimes baking becomes a sort of editing, drafting, re-working, etc. It takes patience, time, wisdom, and a little faith for sure.
Now, perhaps I can delve into some editing!
