Good morning! I hope this post finds you doing okay?
I have started walking again. Today, I did two and a half laps and it felt great. It is amazing how smoky it is here! You can smell and almost taste it. Unhealthy air quality alert and my heart goes out to those in the heart of it! Came back and typed out a piece about a haunting. Later I hit the thrift store for a little break. Picked up a beautiful Edvard Munch book for my Etsy store. Flipping through it though gave me some ideas for prompts, so I will hold on to it for a bit before listing.
I found notes I typed out from an old prompt, not mine on a meditation on places. (I just searched and found it and will add the link below!) Here is what I had: Tourists dressed up and down Heart carved in the side of a mountain Faces carved into door knockers Almond wine at a corner table, at a tiny bar Narrow roads winding up past walls of stone Weathered circus poster, plastered on a gate door A glowing heart in a tree Fancy windows in fancy shops The Isolation Journals: 23. On Places– Stephanie Danler
About 45 minutes south of Chicago.
Where are you? I’m in south Wisconsin and there’s been some days the smoke is bad.
